The funeral service for Pizza Bob was very moving and a lot of tears were shed. The get together at Murdocks raised some money for the family and everybody had a story to tell about Bob. There were some great performances, including one by his oldest son Van.

The Pizza Bob Memorial is scheduled for Sunday, Nov 22 at Milliken’s Reef in Port Canaveral from noon til midnight. Many bands have already volunteered but if you are interested you can contact Larry Fletcher via email or via phone 407-484-8092.

Local Businesses, if you have a product or service you can offer event organizers to raffle or auction please contact Larry as well. If you can’t make the benefit you can donate to Bob’s wife and their 4 boys

This week, I will be back at Long Dogger’s in Satellite Beach on Wednesday Nov 11, from 6:00-9:00. What a great place to bring the family and have dinner. They have the friendliest servers.

After that I’ll be heading up to Wynfields to sit in with the Bone Dogs again. They have been drawing a really nice crowd there for their open jam night.

Friday the 13th, I have a long night. First I start at Off the Traxx in downtown Melbourne from 6-9 pm. Then I pack up and head over to the Oassis in Melbourne Beach and play from 9:30 to 1:30.

Saturday, Nov 14, I’m heading over to the Deland Original Music Festival. They are having over 100 artists on 21 stages in one day. They take over the whole downtown area. I went last year and had a blast. I’m playing on the Dublin Stage at 8 pm.

Sunday, it’s the Stephen Miller Biker and Blues Bash at Millikens Reef, from noon til 8. They are raising money to buy musical instruments for schools in the area. It’s a really good cause. Last year I got to see the looks on the kids faces when they delivered all the instruments to them. It was pretty cool. I open the show at noon.

Have a great week and I hope to see you somewhere.
